Health Outreach Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Health Outreach Enrollment Specialist, the successful candidate will manage initial consultations, coordinate care journeys, and communicate the value of medical services to patients and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to patients interested in care to explain services and offerings
• Coordinate cognitive health screening campaigns and schedule appointments
• Assist patients with technology-related questions and take medical histories

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated call center experience with high-volume outbound/inbound calls
• Prior telehealth experience and familiarity with Medicare and insurance concepts
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex information flows
• Experience working with the elderly population, showing patience and empathy
• Proficiency with Google Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new software
