Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Health Partner Life Cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the Health Partner Life Cycle team, ensuring accurate processing of provider information
• Monitor data entry activities for compliance with regulatory standards and oversee the training of new hires
• Track staff performance and maintain policies and procedures for optimal team performance

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a healthcare setting
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Intermediate computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with the healthcare field, particularly Medicaid
