Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Executive- Health Plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build rapport and establish credibility with account stakeholders through executive presence and domain knowledge
  • Identify client objectives and develop strategic plans to maximize satisfaction and ROI
  • Manage retention revenue and expansion targets, including renewals, proposals, and contract oversight
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of Sales and/or Account Management experience in the health industry
  • Experience in wellbeing, population health, navigation, or digital health
  • Solid understanding of employee benefits and self-funded business
  • Proven expertise in account service and consultative selling techniques
  • Direct experience with client management and data analytics
