Key Responsibilities

• Help create a risk-based audit and monitoring plan for the healthcare organization
• Review healthcare regulations to ensure compliance and conduct assigned audits
• Evaluate compliance effectiveness, draft audit reports, and provide updates to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years experience in health care or related field
• 2+ years experience in health plan compliance
• 2+ years experience driving compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements
• 2+ years experience working in a fast-paced environment
