Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Plan Configuration Analyst III.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead configuration design and execution for complex requirements
• Analyze current and future state processes to optimize system functionality
• Provide training and mentorship to junior Plan Configuration Analysts

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required; bachelor's degree preferred
• 5-7+ years of relevant Health Plan Configuration experience
• Deep understanding of benefit plan design and claims adjudication logic
• Experience leading requirements sessions with internal teams or employer groups
• Extensive ITS and Blue2 knowledge required
