Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Plan Consulting Practice Lead in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business development efforts and client engagement activities
• Develop practice offerings and proposals, manage project budgets, and provide thought leadership
• Recruit and manage consulting talent, mentor team members, and drive practice growth

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of Big 4 or equivalent payer/health plan advisory management consulting experience
• 10+ years in healthcare payer operations, value-based care, and risk adjustment
• Minimum 5 years experience in leading consulting practice or customer engagement/delivery operations
• Knowledgeable of Medicare Star Ratings, HEDIS, and medical cost management methodologies with context of value-based care
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, or a related field
