Health Plan Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support health plan initiatives, the full-time Health Plan Data Analyst III will extract, analyze, and report on provider data while managing new projects from concept to implementation in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage new Health Partner Lifecycle initiatives and provide progress statistics
• Participate in existing provider data operations and new market implementations
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to support business case creation and operational effectiveness

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Minimum of five years of healthcare data analysis or project management experience
• Experience with Cognizant Facets Provider application
• Six Sigma or performance improvement experience preferred
• Managed care experience preferred
