Health Plan Enrollment Representative

Job Summary

Supporting enrollment operations, the full-time Health Plan Enrollment Representative will prepare, process, and maintain member and group registration information while working on-site in Sacramento, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Manage new enrollments and terminations, update demographic information, and verify eligibility status
• Respond to eligibility inquiries and generate member correspondence while ensuring data accuracy
• Communicate with brokers, customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve enrollment issues and support compliance efforts

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education/experience
• 1+ year of relevant experience in health plan enrollment or healthcare operations
• Experience with enrollment processes, eligibility verification, and data management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to maintain PHI confidentiality and adhere to regulatory requirements
