Health Plan Governance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Health Plan Strategic Plan Governance & Performance Execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, evaluation, management, and measurement of Health Plan performance across all segments
• Establish and oversee governance structures for monitoring performance and ensuring accountability across Health Plan priorities
• Coordinate with Health Plan business units and Shared Services partners to track progress against strategic and operational objectives

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in strategic planning, annual planning, and/or performance tracking
• If no degree, a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience is required
• Prior experience leading teams, programs, or projects
• Strong understanding of performance management processes and protocols
• Experience in developing and delivering performance reports to executive leadership
