Health Plan Partnership Manager

Job Summary

Managing day-to-day health plan relationships, the full-time remote Health Plan Partnership Manager will support existing strategic partnerships, ensuring optimal performance and satisfaction while collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with health plan partners to manage product delivery and service expectations
• Develop and execute Annual Strategic Account Plans for assigned partnerships, driving performance and retention
• Deliver performance reports and insights, addressing service delivery issues and collaborating on partnership initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-7 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in healthcare
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to influence stakeholders
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, changing environment
