Health Plan Performance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Plan Performance Specialist who will serve as a strategic partner and liaison between the organization and payer partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish goals and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for health plan payer contracts
• Educate market field teams on payer-specific quality programs and incentives
• Analyze payer data to identify trends and develop actionable performance strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience working with Health Plans and performance analytics
• Strong knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Commercial, and Medicaid performance
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel as a data management tool
• Experience with HEDIS measures and STARs performance
