Health Plan Quality Analyst

Job Summary

Providing critical support for health plan risk and quality reporting activities, the full-time Health Plan Quality Analyst will design and develop custom reports, educate users on HEDIS-related reporting, and assist with quality performance improvement projects while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Captures health plan quality reporting requirements and builds custom reports while educating users on their application
• Develops intervention strategy reporting and tracks outcomes for risk and quality measures
• Conducts data analysis to identify trends and anomalies, utilizing tools such as SQL and Power BI

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in data mapping, cleaning, and analysis related to HEDIS or risk adjustment, with 1 year in a managed care organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft T-SQL, Databricks SQL, and Power BI
• Experience writing complex SQL queries and functions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on connecting data insights to strategic goals
