Health Plan Quality Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Health Plan Quality Interventions (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Plans and implements quality interventions that comply with state and federal regulations
• Develops targeted interventions to improve performance, including outreach to members and providers
• Serves as the operations lead for quality improvement interventions, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years' experience in managed healthcare, with at least 2 years in health plan quality improvement
• Operational knowledge and experience with Excel and Visio
• Master's Degree or higher in a clinical field, Public Health, or Healthcare is preferred
• Experience with member/provider outreach and quality intervention studies is preferred
