Health Plan Relations Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Health Plan Relations Business Partner in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the point of contact between the Health Plan Relations team and directors of service lines and other functional teams
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with operational and functional teams
• Lead processes to support health plan Joint Operating Committees with key partners

Qualifications:

• Possess a foundational understanding of the healthcare industry and payor-provider reimbursement methodologies
• Ability to present to various audiences and build relationships at all levels
• Strong analytical foundation
• Bachelor's degree preferred with experience in health care or health plan operations
• Seven to ten years of experience in health care, with three to five years in team management
