Health Plan Request Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising a team of ROI Audit specialists, the full-time Health Plan Request Bench Supervisor will manage staff scheduling, training, and workflow distribution while processing medical record requests in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Organize and supervise daily operations of the ROI Audit team, ensuring effective workload distribution and staff utilization
• Provide real-time feedback and coaching to team members on compliance with company standards and client protocols
• Process medical ROI requests efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with Client Managers and adhering to HIPAA regulations

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• RHIT certification preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in medical records and audits
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and state regulations related to Protected Health Information
