Job Summary

A company is looking for an RVP, Health Plan Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of health plan, PBM, and TPA clients in the region
  • Independently manage deals from initial conversation to close, including contract negotiation
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate forecasting and meaningful revenue generation from closed deals
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 6-10 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in enterprise sales with a track record of closing large, complex deals
  • Solid understanding of US health insurers and the healthcare ecosystem
  • Established network of health plan contacts
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
