Job Summary
Leading strategic governance and performance management efforts, the full-time Principal Strategic Advisor, Health Plan Strategy will ensure organizational priorities translate into measurable business outcomes while working remotely in North Carolina.
Key responsibilities
- Lead strategic governance and performance management processes to align Health Plan and enterprise priorities
- Facilitate strategic performance planning, business reviews, and governance forums to support executive decision-making
- Develop and maintain performance frameworks, scorecards, KPIs, and reporting to measure progress against objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 8+ years of experience in a related field, or 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Progressive experience in strategic planning, performance management, or healthcare strategy preferred
- Experience supporting executive leadership teams and governance forums
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills
