Job Summary

A company is looking for a Plan Strategy & Design Lead Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and refine market-level product portfolios through analysis of market trends and competitive environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new product enhancements aimed at increasing membership and earnings
• Project manage the annual product portfolio process, ensuring documentation of progress and key milestones

Required Qualifications

• BA or advanced degree in Business or a health-related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ACA-compliant health plan strategy and benefit design
• Experience in designing ACA-compliant benefit structures and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in self-service data reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Cognos
• Ability to forecast market trends based on historical information
