Health Plan Technical Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team responsible for healthcare data integrations, the full-time remote Health Plan Technical Delivery Manager will oversee the implementation lifecycle, manage escalations, and drive process improvements while ensuring successful outcomes for client delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Leading and developing a team of Implementation Analysts through coaching and performance management
• Overseeing implementation delivery from intake through production and warranty support
• Acting as the primary escalation point for complex client and production issues, driving resolution across teams

Required qualifications

• Strong experience with healthcare data standards, including X12 and HIPAA transactions
• 3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing technical teams
• Experience with clearinghouse models, trading partners, and data flow across systems
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and priorities
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
