Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operational plans and guidance documents to support program operations
• Analyze healthcare and application data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Communicate with stakeholders and contribute to group meetings regarding project tasks

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in business management, public policy, health policy, or related discipline
• Minimum of two years' experience in federal consulting or a client-facing role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Solid analytical skills and experience with data analysis
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment
