Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a medical assistant/medical support role or 3 years in a customer-facing healthcare role
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on understanding member needs
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Passion for delivering high levels of client satisfaction
