Health Product Development Associate Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Product Development Associate Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and drive key components of the Health Capabilities strategy for Health and Risk Solutions
• Support the development and execution of product strategy and roadmaps
• Oversee the Health Capabilities products, programs, and solutions deployed by the team

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• 3+ years of work experience in developing operational solutions and partnering within a matrixed organization
• 2+ years of experience in project management or analytics/finance
• 5+ years of experience in a health-related field, such as care delivery, health plans, etc. preferred
• Experience working in an agile product/technology environment preferred
