Health Product Manager

Job Summary

To drive business outcomes and meet customer needs, the full-time remote Health Product Manager will manage complex products, develop product strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in driving the vision and strategy for the Account Services team, focusing on device activation, payments, and account management
• Define the product roadmap and ensure cross-functional alignment with stakeholders
• Leverage data to generate insights on customer behavior and project business value throughout the product lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3 or more years of experience in Product Management and/or Technical Program Management
• 3 or more years of experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs
• 3 or more years of experience creating and managing Jira user stories
• 3 or more years of experience collaborating with cross-functional technical teams
