Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of evaluation strategies across health programs
Design and execute data collection strategies and analyze program effectiveness
Develop reports and presentations to communicate evaluation findings to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 5+ years in health program evaluation
Experience evaluating chronic disease programs, including outcomes assessment
Expertise in quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, or R
Proven project management skills and experience in stakeholder collaboration
