Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Promotion & Outreach Specialist for a temporary assignment in Morrisville, NC.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct member outreach related to various health promotion and wellness initiatives
• Collaborate with internal departments to support health promotion programs and document outreach interactions
• Perform 50-70 outbound calls daily and assist members in overcoming barriers to care

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in health promotion, community health, health administration, public health, or a similar field
• Preferred background in Behavioral Health or Public Health
• Knowledge of health promotion, public health principles, and basic medical terminology
• Ability to work independently with remote supervision
• Competence in using technology applications for member outreach and documentation
