Health Research Associate

Job Summary

Coordinating quantitative and qualitative data collection, the full-time Health Research Associate will supervise survey research staff, participate in data collection, and ensure data quality in a hybrid work environment, transitioning to two remote workdays per week after an initial training period.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all data collection for assigned research projects
• Supervise and train survey research staff while managing field documentation
• Monitor data quality and address field problems as necessary

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in research coordination or program planning
• Experience managing staff and working with children, youth, and families
• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, health education, nursing, or related field
