Health Safety Environment Manager

Job Summary

Managing health, safety, and environmental programs for small to medium-sized clients, the full-time remote Health Safety Environment Manager will promote compliance, track operational risks, and lead initiatives to enhance safety culture and regulatory adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Track and manage operational and safety risks while developing strategic risk management strategies
• Monitor compliance and provide recommendations to improve safety initiatives and prevent incidents

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Additional certifications as required by local authorities
• Leadership skills to motivate team effectiveness and impact quality and efficiency
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive and complex information effectively
