Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a book of business through direct prospecting and referrals
  • Lead the consultative sales process including business development, demos, and closing
  • Draft statements of work and pricing proposals while achieving sales targets
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience with a history of exceeding quotas
  • Experience in building a book of business and a strong desire to hunt for new clients
  • Prior experience selling into the health insurance space, particularly with C-level executives
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
