Job Summary

Supporting the implementation of Cardiac Emergency Response Plans and national CPR initiatives, the part-time Sr. Program Coordinator, Health Science, Implementation will provide administrative and logistical assistance to achieve health impact and revenue goals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide skilled program coordination, administrative, logistical, and clerical support to staff and volunteers
  • Coordinate logistics for assigned events, meetings, and programs while offering day-of-event support
  • Stay current on departmental updates and apply learned information to enhance service quality
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Advanced project management and organizational skills with adaptability to changing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading abilities
