Job Summary
Supporting the implementation of Cardiac Emergency Response Plans and national CPR initiatives, the part-time Sr. Program Coordinator, Health Science, Implementation will provide administrative and logistical assistance to achieve health impact and revenue goals while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide skilled program coordination, administrative, logistical, and clerical support to staff and volunteers
- Coordinate logistics for assigned events, meetings, and programs while offering day-of-event support
- Stay current on departmental updates and apply learned information to enhance service quality
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Advanced project management and organizational skills with adaptability to changing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading abilities
