Health Services Business Unit Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Unit Lead (Health Services).

Key Responsibilities

• Own overall performance of the telehealth business line across clinical quality, operations, and financial outcomes
• Define scope, positioning, and launch roadmap for the pilot and subsequent scale-up
• Govern external partners through commercial terms, SLAs, and performance reviews

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years operating a digital health services business (telehealth / digital health / Rx-enabled consumer health)
• Senior operator / GM / Business Unit Lead experience in a GLP-1 health services model business
• Proven P&L ownership for a Health Services (or equivalent) business line
• Experience defining and evolving strategy and value proposition for a segment
• Strong experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in regulated environments
