Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Services Manager - Medical Policy & Program Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads multiple complex programs and supports new business initiatives related to authorization services
• Develops and implements business plans to achieve goals for Medical Policy & Program Solutions
• Collaborates with other functional managers and develops documentation templates to support projects

Required Qualifications

• Certified Professional Coder through AAPC or AHIMA preferred or willing to pursue within two years
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance and compliance regulations for Medicare and Medicaid
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial and Medicare sectors
• Experience with audits related to Commercial and Medicare claims
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
