Job Summary
Supporting the Evaluation & Management Program, the full-time remote Health Services Manager (CPC) will manage healthcare quality projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with medical policies and regulatory requirements while collaborating across business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple complex programs and support business initiatives impacting various processes and products
- Identify and validate medical, coding, reimbursement, and pre-payment policies for requests
- Conduct quality reviews and audits to ensure policy alignment and operational accuracy
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical, payment, or clinical policy experience
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC, CCS, RHIT)
- Experience in business analytics focused on data analysis for decision-making
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Tableau, and Power BI
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
