Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Services Manager - RN/LPN Medical Coder.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads multiple complex programs and supports new business initiatives related to authorization services
• Develops and implements business plans for Medical Policy & Program Solutions
• Collaborates with other functional managers and develops documentation templates to support projects

Required Qualifications

• Certified Professional Coder through AAPC or AHIMA, or willing to pursue within two years
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid standards
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial and Medicare, including compliance regulations
• Experience with audits related to Commercial and Medicare claims
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
