Key Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Consultant by managing assigned projects and deliverables
• Coordinate with internal experts and facilitate communication with external stakeholders
• Conduct data analysis, draft reports, and participate in client meetings

Required Qualifications

• One plus years of experience in group health and benefits consulting or relevant industry
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience
• Must have appropriate insurance license/life and health (can be fulfilled post-hire)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong organizational and project management skills
