Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Hospital & Biosimilars Health System Director South Central.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support pricing and contracting strategies with Hospital & Biosimilars Key Accounts
• Develop and execute strategic account plans focusing on compliant contracting discussions and contract pull-through
• Engage with executive and administrative personnel at customer accounts to communicate pricing and value propositions effectively

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical affairs, or corporate account management
• 3-5 years of direct experience with biosimilars and Generic Sterile Injectables, including knowledge of regulatory pathways
• Experience in commercialization strategies, market access, and formulary inclusion for biosimilars
• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred
• Strong understanding of the US healthcare landscape and financial acumen
