Health System Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health System Implementation Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee implementation initiatives, ensuring projects meet scope, budget, and timeline
• Develop and maintain project plans, tracking artifacts, and lead cross-functional meetings
• Create processes and tools for implementation where none exist, and monitor program activities to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field
• 5-7 years of relevant experience, with consulting experience preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Master Project Manager (MPM), or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) preferred
• Experience in managing complex programs and client-facing roles
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, including Scrum, Waterfall, and Agile
