Health Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subject Matter Expert - Health Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the analysis, design, development, and implementation of business processes within the Veterans Health Administration (VHA)
• Conduct assessments of current operations and define future state concepts to enhance organizational objectives
• Develop and redesign workflows to improve effectiveness and ensure alignment with VHA policies

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Health Systems Management, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related field
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in a large-scale government integrated healthcare system
• Proven expertise in analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing healthcare business processes
• Extensive experience with VHA Medical Center operations and knowledge of VISN structures
• Strong understanding of clinical and administrative processes within the VHA
