Health Systems Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Systems Director responsible for driving strategic access, adoption, and utilization of Anktiva across large Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and health systems in the Eastern U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute enterprise-level strategies for assigned IDNs and large health systems to drive Anktiva adoption and utilization
• Develop system-specific account plans that address clinical pathways, buy-and-bill economics, and operational workflows
• Lead collaboration with Market Access and Contracting teams to secure system-level agreements and navigate complex reimbursement models

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, MPH) preferred
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech commercial experience
• 8+ years focused on IDNs, health systems, or complex account management
• Oncology, immunotherapy, or specialty biologics experience
• Experience launching or scaling products within health systems
