Job Summary
Coordinating Health Systems Transformation projects, the full-time Health Systems Transformation Coordinator will work with the Program Director and Project Managers on project design, implementation, evaluation, and dissemination while building relationships with community partners and organizations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee small projects or sections of larger projects, monitoring activities, timelines, and deliverables
- Research, develop, and deliver content on health systems transformation, drafting project documents and proposals
- Train and mentor students and junior staff in quality improvement and systems change methods
Required qualifications
- Master's in a relevant field AND 1 year of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Experience in public health core competencies, including data analytics, policy development, and community partnership development
- Expertise in implementation science, quality improvement, or systems change
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently in a multi-task, remote environment
