Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director / VP of Sales in the Health Tech sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own a new-business quota of at least 1.5M in annual closed revenue, focusing on net-new logos
  • Build and manage a personal book of business across health tech, life sciences, and diagnostics
  • Drive outbound pipeline through targeted outreach, conferences, and leveraging personal networks


Required Qualifications
  • 8-15+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in health tech or related sectors
  • Experience selling both services and software/platforms
  • Proven track record of exceeding personal quotas of at least 1-2M annually
  • Existing network of decision-makers in health tech and related industries
  • Startup-ready mindset with experience in small, agile companies
