Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director / VP of Sales in the Health Tech sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a new-business quota of at least 1.5M in annual closed revenue, focusing on net-new logos
- Build and manage a personal book of business across health tech, life sciences, and diagnostics
- Drive outbound pipeline through targeted outreach, conferences, and leveraging personal networks
Required Qualifications
- 8-15+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in health tech or related sectors
- Experience selling both services and software/platforms
- Proven track record of exceeding personal quotas of at least 1-2M annually
- Existing network of decision-makers in health tech and related industries
- Startup-ready mindset with experience in small, agile companies
