Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Transformation Consultant-Care Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Support client projects focused on access, quality, cost, and member experience in care delivery
Lead project management for Care Delivery client-facing projects, including advanced primary care and health system solutions
Assist in the creation of client presentations and conduct industry research and benchmarking

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of related experience in health and benefits and/or wellness
1+ years of consulting experience
Exposure to data analytics and measurement work
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Project management experience
