Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of PAS PSO Prior Authorizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate staff and activities to meet established goals in Prior Authorizations
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate PAS staff while ensuring adherence to policies and performance metrics
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance service delivery and manage departmental budgets

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
• Certification in healthcare access management (e.g., CHAA, CHAM, CHFP, CPAR, CRCR) required upon hire
• Experience in healthcare operations management
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to perform tasks requiring independent judgment and initiative
