Job Summary
A company is looking for a Navigator, Healthcare Access - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Acts as a member liaison, providing support and resources throughout the program lifecycle
- Identifies and addresses barriers to healthy outcomes through communication with members and caregivers
- Schedules and manages member appointments, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation of member cases
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Working knowledge of medical/pharmacy terminology and NCQA guidelines
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicable software programs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
