Job Summary

A company is looking for a Navigator, Healthcare Access - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acts as a member liaison, providing support and resources throughout the program lifecycle
  • Identifies and addresses barriers to healthy outcomes through communication with members and caregivers
  • Schedules and manages member appointments, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation of member cases


Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Working knowledge of medical/pharmacy terminology and NCQA guidelines
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicable software programs
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
