Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Executive to lead client engagements and drive negotiation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client engagement by serving as the primary point of contact and customizing services to meet client needs
- Conduct market research and strategic positioning to develop contracting strategies and analyze contract proposals
- Advocate for clients by negotiating agreements and securing new in-network contract offers
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of payer care contracting experience on behalf of providers; payer experience is a plus
- Ability to assess and communicate a provider's value from a payer's perspective
- Proficiency in contracting analytics and reimbursement data
- Exceptional negotiation skills and strong project management abilities
- Strong customer service orientation and advocacy for clients' best interests
