Healthcare Account Executive

Job Summary

To support the healthcare sector, the full-time remote Healthcare Account Executive will maintain and develop relationships with hospital clients, focusing on customer service, revenue optimization, and strategic account management while residing in the greater Lombard, IL area.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop existing customer relationships to enhance service quality and business growth
• Conduct regular strategic account reviews and identify opportunities to introduce additional services
• Proactively manage customer outreach and resolve issues in a timely manner

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales preferred, or equivalent industry experience
• 4 years of account management experience
