Job Summary

To develop and maintain relationships with hospital clients, the remote Healthcare Account Executive will focus on customer service, account management, and revenue optimization while residing in the greater Oklahoma City or Tulsa area.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintains and develops existing customer relationships to enhance service quality and business growth
  • Identifies opportunities for additional services to increase revenue within customer accounts
  • Conducts regular strategic account reviews and client care visits to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales preferred; or equivalent industry experience
  • 4 years of account management experience
