Healthcare Account Lead

Job Summary

Coordinating and supporting assigned data abstraction client accounts, the full-time Healthcare Account Lead will serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring accurate and timely abstraction work while managing communication and documentation in a remote or onsite capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Acts as the primary contact for assigned client accounts, managing communication, deadlines, and feedback
• Coordinates account activities across abstractors and internal teams to ensure timely and complete abstraction work
• Monitors account progress and documentation, following up on issues and supporting onboarding of new abstractors

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of recent experience in healthcare quality abstraction, clinical registry, or data abstraction
• Experience with clinical quality measures or registries such as Core Measures, NCDR, or STS
• Strong understanding of healthcare quality reporting and clinical documentation review
• Proficiency in using multiple EHRs, registry platforms, and project management systems
• Availability during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, for client communication and support
