Job Summary

Delivering exceptional customer service, the full-time remote Healthcare Account Representative will assist members and providers by addressing inquiries with care, accuracy, and timeliness while collaborating cross-functionally to provide effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in alignment with company standards
• Support members and providers by promptly addressing concerns and resolving issues
• Accurately document customer interactions and collaborate with internal teams for timely solutions

Required qualifications

• Completed at least college-level education
• Minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare customer service within a call center environment
• Willingness to participate in onsite training as required
