Healthcare Account Success Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Account Success Representative - Fully Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acts as a liaison between the company and clients to ensure satisfaction
• Coordinates with various departments to resolve client issues and optimize satisfaction
• Conducts training for clients and manages multiple projects to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Medical/Behavioral Revenue Cycle Management
• At least 2 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables and v-lookups)
• Experience in a fully remote setting is preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and TEAMS is preferred
