Healthcare Account Success Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Account Success Representative, fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the company and clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
• Conduct training and prepare regular calls with clients to discuss their portfolio
• Manage high-level issues, billing items, and multiple projects to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Medical/Behavioral Revenue Cycle Management
• At least 2 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications, especially Excel (pivot tables and v-lookups)
• Experience in a fully remote work environment is preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and TEAMS is preferred
